Cosby’s Hip-Hop Collaborators

Earlier this week venerable comedian Bill Cosby announced that he is set to release a new album next month entitled Cosby Narratives Vol. 1: State of Emergency. According to NME, the album “will see the comedian mesh his book Come on, People: On the Path from Victims to Victors with hip-hop, pop and jazz.”

Unfortunately, the Cos won’t be blessing the mic on any of the album’s hip-hop tracks. Instead, those duties will be left to several guest mcs including SupaNova Slom, Jace the Great and Brother Hahz. To be honest, aside from Jace the Great (who sounds vaguely familiar), prior to reading these reports I hadn’t heard of any of Cosby’s purported collaborators. However, thanks to the power of Google and Myspace I managed to dig up a few of their tracks. I have attached them below for your listening pleasure:
