Atmosphere Enters The Charts @ #5!
According to MTV, Atmosphere’s newest album, When Life Gives You Lemons, You Paint That Shit Gold, sold 36,400 copies last week, making it the fifth best selling album in the United States. This is definitely suprising, considering Atmosphere’s particular brand of hip-hop is hardly mainstream (MTV calls the duo “still on the fringe”) and they aren’t signed to a major label.
Maybe our earlier post helped bump their numbers? Who knows.
