Current.com’s Kaj Larsen and Christof Putzel venture into Mogadishu back in 2006, just as the Islamic Courts Union was taking power. They actually managed to walk around and talk to a surprising amount of locals, an astonishing feat and they made a pretty intense video piece about it. Watch it below.
