Atmosphere unplugged on NPR

3 August 2008 No Comment by Twice

NPR has done it again.  They’ve managed to get an interview with Atmosphere.  Not only is it a pretty impressive interview, but somehow they managed to convince Slug and Ant to do an acoustic session for them.

Atmosphere has done some pretty haunting tracks before, but nothing will quite match hearing Guarantees done entirely acoustically.  Apparently they even brought in Mankwe Ndosi to do some backup singing.

It’s a pretty incredible piece, and just goes to show you don’t need Timbaland to produce you to make a dope track.

Check out the interview and the performance here.
