Time for a little throwback to the early 1990s. Thanks to the magic of YouTube, you can meet Greg Osby, a hell of a saxophonist who decided, in the early 1990s, to throw together a hip hop/jazz album.
The album, titled 3D-Lifestyles, was released on Blue Note and actually wasn’t half-bad. It’s hard to find much more information about the album, so I’ll leave you with a little clip. Check it out below.
